01. NO CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.
Please be 808% sure before submitting the form. Full OR partial refunds will only be issued if the shop encounters problems with production.02. LOCAL ORDERS ONLY.
Buyers from outside PH cannot be accommodated at the moment. WW orders may open to those with PH addresses.03. DEADLINE OF PAYMENT
The exact DOP will be stated in the form / e-mail confirmation but it is usually PAYO or 5-7 days after the first day of the shop opening. Follow-ups, if any, will be given on the day before and day of. No extensions will be given to those unable to meet the deadline; hence, the order will be automatically canceled.04. PRODUCTION PERIOD FOR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Depending on the manufacturer's schedule and the volume of orders, production periods may range from 3-5 weeks. Humbly asking for your patience in ensuring the quality of all items.05. SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Please note that these are starting rates and will be subjected to changes depending on the task's complexity and the time frame for it to be done. Services not mentioned may be discussed in DMs.150. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

01. The designer has the right to decline requests and publish the commissioned works as part of her portfolio.02. Full payment is encouraged. Otherwise, a downpayment of 50% (non-refundable) is required to reserve a slot.03. Rush commissions, heavy revisions, and commercial use will require additional fees. Heavy tasks due in less than 4 days and light tasks due in less than 2 days are considered rush.04. Files will be sent only when the commission is fully paid for by the client.05. Strictly no cancellations or refunds. All unclaimed materials (with or without initial / final draft) will still require 75% of the total price agreed upon beforehand. Refunds will only be issued if the commissioner is at fault for the cancellation.
